Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HollyDay (“Holly”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Holly.

Holly lets you forward links about places, which we turn into saved spots on a trip — geolocated, categorised, and shareable with people you travel with. The service is provided on an ongoing basis and may change over time as we add, remove, or adjust features.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use Holly.

You agree not to:

• Use Holly for anything unlawful or to infringe others' rights.
• Forward content you don't have the right to share.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Misuse the service to harass others or send spam.

You keep ownership of the content you forward to Holly. You grant us the permission needed to store and process that content so we can provide the service — for example, retrieving a linked post, extracting the place it mentions, and displaying it on your trip and to people you share the trip with. You're responsible for the content you add.

Holly processes links to third-party sites and services and relies on WhatsApp to receive and send messages. We don't control that content or those services, and your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own terms. Place information is generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete — always double-check details that matter for your trip.

Your use of Holly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it — including usage analytics we use to understand and improve the service. By using Holly, you consent to that processing.

Holly is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automatically derived place data will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holly and its operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

You can stop using Holly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service and its users.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Holly after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
